About myself

Your team and executive coach with an international focus

I gained more than 20 years of experience in the airline industry. As CFO and Managing Director of Lufthansa Technik in London, later as Vice President for the subsidiaries in Hamburg and Los Angeles with more than 1,000 employees, I have actively shaped change.

I could gather comprehensive experience in various leadership positions in Germany and abroad – from the restructuring and stabilisation of three sites to performance improvements and organisation of a cross-site association.

Through my work together with customers, partners and locations in different countries, I have experienced how much can be reached when you actively approach people, learn to understand their convictions and gain their trust.

What I have also learned along the way: You can learn (almost) everything.

Without a network and support it is hardly possible, especially when you are one of the few women in a leadership position in a male-dominated business sector. I myself have noticed this frequently.
